365mc, a medical network specializing in liposuction and body contouring, announced on Aug. 11 that it will begin publishing branch-by-branch rankings based on its long-standing internal customer satisfaction surveys. Rather than launching a new survey, the organization is expanding transparency by disclosing existing satisfaction data at the individual clinic level.

Under the new plan, 365mc will compare patient satisfaction scores for both LAMS (local anesthesia minimal-invasive liposuction / fat extraction injections) and traditional liposuction surgery, publishing the results monthly on its official website.

For LAMS procedures, the network will highlight the top five performing locations each month among its 20 clinics nationwide. For liposuction surgery, it will disclose the top two performing sites among its five hospital-level facilities.

Expanding a 15-Year Tracking System to Branch-Level Data

Since 2011, 365mc has surveyed post-procedure patient satisfaction to drive internal service improvements. Previously, the network managed and reviewed these metrics primarily as a network-wide average. Moving forward, it will break down the data to publicly highlight top-ranked locations.

The survey evaluates all patients two months after undergoing either a LAMS procedure or liposuction surgery. Rather than sampling a small subset, the network contacts the entire patient population within that timeframe, though participation remains voluntary.

The survey is conducted via phone interviews by 365mc’s Super Customer Satisfaction Office. It evaluates overall satisfaction, perceived surgical or procedural results, quality of medical service, specific reasons for satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and willingness to recommend the clinic to others.

Relative branch scores are calculated based on the proportion of respondents who answer either "satisfied" or "very satisfied." If every respondent at a given branch reports being satisfied or very satisfied, that branch achieves a relative score of 100%. In March 2025, overall network satisfaction reached 99.9%.

Driving Service Improvements Through Transparent Competition

By making branch evaluations public, 365mc aims to allow patients to compare satisfaction levels across locations while motivating individual branches to enhance their care.

Clinics that do not make the top monthly rankings will review patient feedback and dissatisfaction reports to identify operational areas for improvement. The company emphasized that the goal is not merely to publish rankings, but to leverage patient feedback for continuous quality refinement.

However, customer satisfaction scores do not directly measure clinical efficacy or surgical outcomes. Satisfaction surveys assess patients' subjective experiences and perceived results, which differ from objective clinical indicators such as complication rates or medical outcome data.

“Building on the full-population customer satisfaction system we have operated since 2011, we are expanding our scope of disclosure to individual branches,” said Nam Bo-ra, deputy director of 365mc’s Super Customer Satisfaction Office. “We expect this initiative to enhance objectivity and transparency, further strengthening patient trust in our LAMS and liposuction services.”

Kim Ha-jin, chair of 365mc’s Council of Chief Medical Directors, added, “While rankings may create pressure for branches that do not make the list, transparently disclosing customer feedback and fostering healthy internal competition is essential to elevating overall medical care. We will use this as an opportunity for every branch to listen even more closely to our patients.”
