
YuhanUSA, the U.S. subsidiary of Yuhan Corporation, announced on the 30th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with Huinno to spearhead entry into the U.S. digital healthcare market.
Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to introduce Huinno’s suite of artificial intelligence (AI)-based ECG monitoring solutions—including MemoPatch M, MemoCue, and MemoCare—alongside the clinical prediction platform Vital-PICASO to U.S. healthcare providers.
High-Performance Wearables and AI Analysis
MemoPatch M is an ultra-lightweight wearable electrocardiograph designed for continuous monitoring for up to eight days. The device adheres to "Type CF Defib-proof" standards—the most stringent classification under the international medical device safety standard (IEC 60601-1)—and secured U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance last year.
Complementing the hardware are Huinno’s AI software solutions:
MemoCue: A smart AI telemetry solution that detects early signs of ECG abnormalities and transmits real-time data.
MemoCare: A long-term analysis platform that utilizes AI to process and interpret up to 14 days of collected ECG data.
Predicting Clinical Deterioration
The partnership also includes Vital-PICASO, a solution developed by Huinno’s subsidiary, HuinnoAim. This platform analyzes vital signs from patients in general wards to predict major clinical deterioration—such as hypotension, hypoxemia, and cardiac arrest—before they occur. Vital-PICASO was designated an "Innovative Medical Device" by South Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety last year.
