ABL Bio announced on the 19th that it will participate in this year’s American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting and present poster data from preclinical studies of its bispecific antibody-based antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) pipeline candidates, including ABL206 (U.S. development name: NEOK001) and ABL209 (NEOK002).
According to ABL Bio, the AACR Annual Meeting will be held April 17–22 (local time) at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. During the AACR session “ADC and Linker Engineering 2,” the company plans to disclose preclinical research results for its bispecific antibody ADC pipeline.
Both ABL206 and ABL209 have entered Phase 1 clinical trials in the United States, with clinical development being conducted by ABL Bio’s U.S. subsidiary, NEOK Bio.
Lee Sang-hoon, CEO of ABL Bio, said, “ABL206 and ABL209 are pipeline assets that have generated promising preclinical data as next-generation ADCs,” adding, “We aim to present initial Phase 1 clinical data in 2027.”
