The basic management method is to open the washing machine door and detergent dispenser after use to allow the interior to dry thoroughly. Detergent Dispenser and Rubber Packing Also Need Management
If you only clean the washing drum and neglect the detergent dispenser or rubber packing, contamination will quickly recur. The detergent dispenser is prone to pooling water and detergent, leading to rapid bacterial growth. If it has a removable structure, it is advisable to take it out regularly, wash it, and dry it completely. Similarly, removing moisture from the inside of the rubber packing with a dry towel or soft brush can significantly reduce mold growth.
