Singer Mina's sister-in-law Park Soo-ji shared her experience of practicing diet tips.

Recently, Park Soo-ji responded to a netizen's advice on her SNS, saying, "It's good to eat 2 boiled eggs or 20g of roasted almonds before lunch," with, "I can't eat rice after eating two eggs. I'm full."

In the past, Park Soo-ji successfully lost weight from 148kg to 78kg, but later experienced a yo-yo effect, increasing her weight to 108kg. However, after consistent management, she recently certified her achievement of 79.65kg, announcing her entry into the 70kg range.

Welcoming the new year, she stated, "Let's create perseverance this year and show it! We can do it! Let's do it together. Let's successfully execute our goals beautifully this year," revealing her target weight for the new year is 60kg.

Eggs, Rich in Protein, Help Maintain Fullness

As practiced by Park Soo-ji, consuming 2 boiled eggs before a full meal can aid in dieting. Eggs, rich in protein, quickly induce a feeling of fullness and digest slowly, helping to naturally reduce meal portions.

However, if you usually suffer from vascular diseases, the cholesterol in eggs may be a concern, so it is advisable to limit consumption to one or two per day. Since the cholesterol in eggs is mainly found in the yolk, removing the yolk and eating only the egg white is also an option.

Nuts are Good but High in Calories, Avoid Overconsumption

In addition to eggs, foods that can help increase fullness and prevent overeating when eaten before meals include nuts rich in healthy fats, tofu high in plant protein, and vegetable sticks rich in dietary fiber.

In particular, the recommended 20g of almonds, when eaten with eggs, provides unsaturated fatty acids and dietary fiber even in small amounts, helping to moderate blood sugar spikes and stabilize insulin responses. The longer chewing time also significantly suppresses appetite when consumed before meals.

However, almonds are not low in calories, so overconsumption can negatively affect dieting, and it is advisable to limit intake to 20 pieces. Additionally, almonds seasoned with salt or sugar can have a negative impact on blood sugar management, so they should be avoided.
